The accounting practice was established in Dandenong by Bryan Waters in 1968 and the partnership between Bryan and Graham Dace commenced in 1976.Simon Eccles was admitted as a partner in 2001 and Marc Di Genova and Ryan O’Shea in 2009.

Whilst Bryan Waters, Graham Dace, and Ken Kwong have retired from the firm, they are still in regular contact with us and Graham is actively involved as a consultant to the firm.
